Many in the legal profession believe that being an advocate is all about being the loudest in the room and winning an argument. This is far from the truth. Being an advocate requires you to sometimes take the backseat, listen, and formulate strategies to improve your community and the system. With stronger advocacy and leadership, there is no ceiling that cannot be broken.
